What this website collects, and what it does not.

The enquiry form

If you submit the form on the contact page, the details you enter — your name, organisation, email address, phone number, the sector and service you selected, the site location and your message — are sent to us by email so that we can reply to you.

We use those details only to respond to your enquiry and to carry out any work that follows from it. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

The form is not yet connected to a delivery service. Until it is, submitting it opens your own email application with the details filled in, so nothing is sent anywhere until you send it yourself.

Enquiries that lead to no engagement are kept only as long as they are useful for following up, and deleted after that. If you would rather not use the form at all, call +91 62824 62332 or +91 80868 51442 or email geosustara@gmail.com.

Third parties this site loads

Two things on this site are served by other companies. Each of them can see your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, as any web server can, because that is how a request reaches them.

• Google Fonts — the typefaces used across the site are requested from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com on every page.
• Our hosting provider — like any web host, it keeps short-lived server logs of requests, which include IP addresses.

The map on the contact page is a drawn image served from this site, so it contacts no map provider at all. If you follow the "open in Google Maps" link beneath it, that is a visit to Google like any other.

None of these are used by us for analytics or profiling. We do not run Google Analytics, any advertising pixel, or any other tracker on this site.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own, stores nothing in your browser, and shows no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. There is no session, no login and no account.

Your information

If you have sent us an enquiry and want to know what we hold, want it corrected, or want it deleted, write to geosustara@gmail.com from the address you used, or call us. We will act on it.

This page describes the website. It is not a contract, and it does not cover information you give us directly by phone, email or during an engagement — that is governed by the terms of the engagement itself.
